a very special update to the rejection thread

earlier this week i got an email rejection from ep;phany magazine. now, they've been on the rejection thread before - i submitted to them at least a year ago, and when i didn't hear from them, and saw no new activity on their website, i didn't submit again. so while rejection is usually difficult, this put a smile on my face:

Sorry we been so long in getting back to you, but we suspended reading for a while. We have now resumed. This piece doesn't work for us, but don't let that discourage you. Keep writing. Never mind what we say.

well, ep;phany, i'm glad to see you are back at it. i'm still at it, too. so maybe, one day, i'll submit you some other poems, and maybe you'll accept them.
